From 395, take exit 8A-B towards Pentagon / Arlington Cemetery. Continue straight following
the signs to the Arlington cemetery.At the roundabout to the Arlington Cemetery, take the Arlington Memorial Bridge and follow the path to West Potomac Park. You can park in the area to access the monument going up to the Lincoln monument.
